Breckenridge introduces the Glassic™ Flat. Designed by noted architect Chris Deam, this modern 400 sq. ft. dwelling features floor-to-ceiling Andersen® glass doors and windows, opening the entire interior to an outdoor vista. This new concept is currently available in three floor plans:
FURNISHINGS
Appliances and window coverings are all included. It comes from the factory ready to be placed on recreation property or resort space.
REAL CEDAR
The exterior is clad with real cedar, tongue-and-groove finger-jointed cedar boards, giving this product a simple, defined look. It features a 29-gauge, 25-year, ridged steel roof with a 3/12 slope allowing for adequate water run-off. Thermopane windows, extra insulation and in-floor heat allow for a year-round experience.
THE LARGE GLASS WALL
structure is constructed with solid header beams and studs with steel bracing. This product has traveled to east and west coasts without damage. The heavy monster-beam frame with independent suspension ensures a smooth, soft ride to its final destination.
